IMPRINT INFO

 

Silk and Screen Charge $50.0(V) per color. Black and white camera ready artwork is required. For multi color imprint, color separation must be provided. If artwork required touch-up, typesetting, layout or any necessary adjustment, there will be a minimum charge of $50.00(R) per hour. The factory will notify customers on any extra art charge exceeding $30.00(R) before proceeding with production. The factory reserves the right to determine position of imprint using our best judgement if no layout is instructed by customers. Proway makes every attempt to match a specific color, however, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Colors are mixed for white material. Dark material may alter actual color.

 
PRODUCTION INFO
 

1-2 weeks after receipt of satisfactory artwork confirmation of order. Approximately 6-8 weeks for special order on the large quantity. The factory reserves the right to ship ±3% of actual quantity ordered. No returns will be accepted by factory without prior authorization. All orders are considered firm and can not be canceled without factory’s authorization. All charges occurred will be notified and billed at cost.

 
ORDERING INFORMATION
 

When writing purchase orders, please include 

  1. Quantity desired and price 

  2. Product item and its color 

  3. Imprint instruction 

  4. Shipping address. No Post office boxes. 

  5. Shipping or event date and method of shipping 

The factory will provide quotation for quantities beyond those published in the catalog. Orders requiring completion within 3 working days will be considered as rush orders. Rush order charge will be applied.
 

 
SHIPPING INFORMATION
 

Shipments are normally made via United Parcel service if no common carrier is designated by customers. The factory will not be responsible for carrier delays, provided it only guarantees the shipping date and routing as instructed by customers. Please authorize express service when delivery date must be assured to meet official deadline. Claims for goods damaged while in transit or merchandise not received must be submitted within 10 days from date of shipment.

 
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
 

All the logos and trademarks shown in this catalog belong to their respective firms, and are used for demonstration only. Letter of authorization from owner is required for production, we assume no responsibility for determining trademark’s ownership.

 
CLAIMS 

 

All claims other than those involving freight carriers must be made within 3 days of  receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior written consent of factory. No merchandise will be accepted for return after being altered or otherwise used. Factory disclaims and responsibility for goods after 15 days in buyer's possession.

 
DROP OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS
 

Drop or split shipments are billed at $8.00(R) per drop ship location after the first shipment. Drop ship list must accompany order. DROP OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS MUST BE IN FULL CASE QUANTITIES.
